In 2024, we continued the work with the intentionality that building a diverse and inclusive environment demands. We have improved our data tools and equipped our leaders to move forward together with the certainty that the diversity of thoughts, ideas, and life stories is what takes us beyond!
I am fully aware that building an increasingly plural, diverse, and welcoming work environment is a medium-to-long-term journey that requires resilience, intentionality, and commitment.
I am very happy to share with you the second transparency report on diversity, equity, and inclusion of Grupo QuintoAndar. A document in which we demonstrate the continuity of our work, projects, and ambition in this journey. May it be a starting point for honest conversations and an instrument for us to continue holding ourselves accountable for the necessary progress.
In 2024, we delved even more deeply into our diversity efforts. We became signatories of the UN Global Compact in Brazil, launched a new training program for underrepresented groups, and consolidated improvements in our existing actions.
We understand that inclusion is a continuous and complex process that requires multiple factors to be successful. By bringing transparency to our efforts, we reaffirm our commitment and take another step towards our goal of inclusion.
